Ashbrook Estate
A 14,000 sq ft Georgian estate requiring full mechanical replacement — aging systems removed, new central plant installed, and twenty-eight zones commissioned across the main house and two outbuildings.

The central plant — three Carrier 19DV centrifugal chillers and four gas-fired modular boilers — was assembled in a purpose-built mechanical building adjacent to the main structure, removing all noise-generating equipment from occupied space.

Supply registers throughout the main house were custom-fabricated to match the original 1930s brass hardware — a detail coordinated with the estate's preservation architect across fourteen drawings before fabrication began.

The wine cellar required a dedicated precision climate system capable of maintaining 55°F ± 0.5°F at 70% relative humidity. A standalone split system with humidity control was isolated from the main plant to prevent any cross-contamination of setpoints.

The guest cottage and garage were served from the main plant via an underground utility corridor — eliminating all outdoor equipment from the grounds, as specified by the landscape architect's master plan.
